We bought brand new complete king size, queen size bedrooms & genuine leather Sofas, love seat & couch. The entire furniture cost us $9010.00 we paid by debit card which is as good as cash. Upon delivery we notified the assembling team that each and every single piece was defected except queen size matteress. Bought items 2/27/2016. Discovered crack on the 8th of March. File warranty and denied cause not done with 3 days . They didn't even call to tell me they denied it . O and we bought the extra warranty for 3 years of service or replacements. There warranty states for bad material or workmanship they will take care of . J have made two large purches at City Furniture in Boca Raton, Fl. I hade a poor/negataive experince and made a mistake to do go back there again. Sales people will tell you anything to sell you an item and they will tell you what you want hear. They lie! There delivery and Customer Service is the same. You are at thier mercy. it is like they are the only furniture store. They also lie. there is seems to be no one you can compain to at the upper executuve level. If I could give no stars, I would! My experience at City Furniture in Miami was horrible! The delivery guys stepped all over the very rug they were delivering, when I pointed out a stain on a chair they delivered, they got very hostile and didnt want to take it back until I demanded they take it out of my home. They promised pillows with some of the furniture that was not delivered, the "manager" made promises to deliver it but never did. Purchased a tv stand. We wanted to pick it up and was told we would have to drive 125 miles to ft lauderdale to get it. The only other option was to pay 80.00 for delivery. The next day we saw on tv free delivery. I contacted customer service and was told that is for drop shipment and they don't bring it in to the house. It's a tv stand it could have easily been carried into the house by us. WE NEVER given this option. I told customer service they attitude is oh well. This is a SCAM to get you money! #City Furniture #Worst experience ever!! I recently purchased the tocarra dinning room table and I discovered that  one of the chair legs had a crack where the screw connected the leg to the joint of the chair. Keep in mind that I've had the set for 3 weeks and I don't have any children that would be sitting/jumping in the chairs. I work in customer service, but these delivery guys were awful. Not to mention that they have a close relationship with service agent on phone, so they don't relay or question anything. This guy had the nerve to call me with a hour time frame and came 2 hours later. I will never buy from them due to the fact of their delivery drivers. Chairs are not put together right. Add comment

Tried to call customer service 6 times. Held on for at least ten minutes each time. They must be trying to beat Comcast for the worst customer service in the US. They not only don't answer, but after a while you are disconnected. How bad can it get? Does anybody have an idea how to get through without such a long wait and so many tries? I BOUGHT THIS LEATHER SECTIONAL FROM CITY FURNITURE Model 9703110 , THE ONLY NATUZZI THEY WHERE SELLING AND THE MOST EXPENSIVE IN THE STORE. I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR MY HUSBAND WHICH HAS A BACK INJURY TO BE ABLE TO BE COMFORTABLE AND HE CANNOT SIT FOR 10MINS WITHOUT HORRIBLE BACK PAIN. I purchased furniture two separate times. Both interest deferred. I made sure to pay the first purchase off within 6 months. When making my last payment, paying more than was owed, they took part of my payment and applied it to the second purchase leaving me with a $28.97 balance on my first purchase. They are now going to charge me over $300.00 in deferred interest. No where does it say on the statement that you must pay the balance from the deferred purchase in addition to another payment on the new purchase to avoid them from charging you... Read more
