this is the first and also the last time that i purchased anything at CITY FURNITURE.i have bought three sets of the mattress there, but all are HORRIBLE.

THE most expensive set is $800.00, and i cant sleep on it twenty days after. When the mattress was arrived, i saw its quality was not the same compare to what i saw at the store, and i called but the sale rep kept insisted they are the same. so i have decided to give it a try, but and i cant sleep on it twenty days after. The mattress was indented and changed its shape.

it is queen size, i am the only one sleep on it. also i am not a heavy set of women. i am only 105 pounds. I have called to request and exchange.

they told me there is the fee for $200 and i have to find other mattress which are greater or the same value. i was thinking what the heck.. my back are more important so i went to the store to shop for another mattress, but i found something else that are $100 less and i was begging them to do the exchange, and i am willing not to claim for the $100 in difference. But the sale Rep said nothing that he cant do unless i picked out something that is greater or the same value.

I was so frustrated, and i am trying to fix it myself by buying the plywood and mattress pad to see if it help. but Here i am a month later, i still have the same issue with the mattress. it seemed getting even worst than ever. And starting battle with them over the phone try to solve this problem but it is not going anywhere they would not want to cooperate at all.

all they want is taking money from us and dont care what quality of the products they are selling. And for the fact i have to sleep on my wood floor as of speaking. This is definitely a lesson that i need to learn. ALWAYS HAVE TO DO THE RESEARCH WHEN PURCHASING ANY THING IN ANYWHERE.

I AM THINKING OF GETTING ALL MY FRIENDS TOGETHER THIS WEEKEND AND CAMP OUT AT THE CITY FURNITURE IN WEST PALM BEACH.

I WILL HAVE DEFINITE TO DO SOMETHING SO THERE WONT BE ANOTHER VICTIM LIKE I AM AT CITY FURNITURE.PEOPLE PLS PLS DONT GO THERE.

Monetary Loss: $800.

Had similar problem, 2013 researched mattresses ordered was not same product experienced on sales floor. Went to another store to try same mattress actually it was totally different. Came to realize, there is no quality control and unfortunately when you ask a salesperson about a beds comfort feel and construction they really do not know there products. I am stuck with softest mattress after asking for a "cushion firm."

I sink into the middle of brand new mattress. Salesperson stated it had lumbar support....

I believed him. The managements response "Sell it".

It's a shame to get bullied from anyone be it a person or organization. Have not slept in a bed since October. This is how one feels when you have no cooperation after being patient and kind to organization.

Still asking for organizations reconsideration on salespersons errors.

Patiently waiting. !
